Dort würde sich der FC Chelsea über eine Verpflichtung Osimhens freuen. Die kauffreudigen Blues suchen bereits seit längerer Zeit einen physisch robusten Neuner und eiskalten Vollstrecker. Mit ihm im Kader wäre das ersehnte Puzzleteil womöglich gefunden. Am nötigen Kleingeld für eine Verpflichtung sollte es bei Chelsea mit Blick auf die Ausgaben allein im Winter (weit über 300 Millionen Euro) mit Sicherheit nicht scheitern.
Auch nach den knapp 330 Millionen Euro teuren Winterneuzugängen fehlt dem FC Chelsea offensiv die letzte Durchschlagskraft. Gut möglich also, dass die Blues nochmal Geld in die Hand nehmen, um den Kader um einen echten Vollstrecker zu erweitern. Wie Sky berichtet, gehören die Londoner zu den konkreteren Interessenten an Victor Osimhen. Der frühere Wolfsburger kommt in der laufenden Serie-A-Saison für Spitzenreiter Neapel auf 19 Tore in 22 Spielen. Osimhen hatte zuletzt auf einer Pressekonferenz die Premier League als Karriereziel ausgegeben. Für den gebürtigen Nigerianer würde eine dreistellige Millionenablöse fällig.
